With over four decades of combined experience in healthcare recruitment, health and social care, clinical delivery, and complex care, we support the NHS, local authorities, ICBs, commissioners, social care teams, case managers, and private individuals with services that prioritise safety, dignity, and measurable outcomes.

HOW IT ALL STARTED
Our History
Fidelis Healthcare was founded in November 2023 by a team of leaders who recognised a profound need for a more compassionate, reliable, and governance-led approach to health and social care provision. United by a shared passion for improving outcomes for vulnerable individuals, the founders brought together decades of experience across clinical operations, healthcare systems, strategic recruitment, and relationship-centred care delivery.
From inception, Fidelis was built around two complementary and robust service models designed to meet the diverse needs of local authorities, ICBs, social services and health partners. Our Stabilisation Service provides an immediate response to urgent or unplanned referrals, ensuring that vulnerable children, young people and adults receive safe, high-quality support at critical moments. Alongside this, our Planned and Commissioned Services offer structured, long-term arrangements tailored to the individual, delivering continuity, consistency, and clinical excellence.
Our name, Fidelis - Latin for "faithful" and "loyal" - captures the values that define who we are. We stand as a dependable partner committed to governance, compassion, and unwavering reliability.
