Responsibilities
- Deliver specialist paediatric nursing care in home settings
- Support children and young adults with complex health conditions
- Follow clinical care plans and maintain patient safety
- Work collaboratively with families and healthcare teams
Requirements
- Valid NMC Pin
- Paediatric or child-care experience
- Manual handling and Basic Life Support training
- PMVA or Breakaway training (where applicable)
- Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship)
- Driving licence preferred
